Interior for the Suzuki Ciaz

Before you send the Ciaz enquiry

Interior parts are where Suzuki's sibling models diverge most. The XL6 and the Ertiga share the mechanical package but not the seating; the Eeco is sold in panel and passenger form with different rear layouts; and entry derivatives across the range go without the mounting provision that higher specs assume is there.

The decision in front of you is usually whether the replacement has to be an exact trim match, or whether a near-equivalent lifted from a different spec of the same car will do the job. To get you a straight answer on it we need the derivative, the trim colour, and confirmation that the car left the factory with the feature you are replacing.

The car

Suzuki Ciaz, year of manufacture, and the derivative if you know it.

The code

VIN or registration number. A photo of the licence disc works just as well.

The problem

What has failed, or what you need replaced. A photo helps for anything cosmetic.

Pick the part your Ciaz is missing

The derivative, the trim colour, and confirmation that the car left the factory with the feature you are replacing will settle most of these. Pick the component and we'll confirm the rest.

Sorting the derivative out first

The Ciaz reached South Africa as the Ciaz from 2015, facelifted in 2019, and since withdrawn from sale here, running K14B 1.4 (2015–2019) and K15B 1.5 (2019 on). Interior fitment splits on the generation long before it splits on trim. The 2019 facelift changed the engine as well as the face, moving from the 1.4 K14B to the 1.5 K15B — with the model now off the price list there is no dealer showroom to fall back on, which makes getting that split right the whole job. Find your derivative below, then send the code from the VIN plate with your enquiry.

  • Suzuki Ciaz 1.4 GL
  • Suzuki Ciaz 1.4 GLX
  • Suzuki Ciaz 1.5 GL
  • Suzuki Ciaz 1.5 GLX

Not sure which derivative you own? Send the VIN with your enquiry and we'll confirm compatibility before anything is dispatched.

What a parts desk needs to hear about your Ciaz

What shifts across the years

Any interior question for a Ciaz starts in the same place: which of the Ciaz from 2015, facelifted in 2019, and since withdrawn from sale here are we dealing with?

The 2019 facelift changed the engine as well as the face, moving from the 1.4 K14B to the 1.5 K15B — with the model now off the price list there is no dealer showroom to fall back on, which makes getting that split right the whole job.

Useful to know: the Ciazthe K14B is shared with the first-generation Ertiga and the 2011–2017 Swift.

What we check on interior

  • The generation code — the Ciaz parts list splits on it
  • Which engine you have; this one was sold with K14B 1.4 (2015–2019) and K15B 1.5 (2019 on)
  • The derivative, the trim colour, and confirmation that the car left the factory with the feature you are replacing
  • Where the car sits either side of its facelift

Locally, the Ciaz is mostly a budget sedan whose owners kept it precisely because it was cheap to run, and who now have no new-car route back — used and aftermarket supply is effectively the only channel. That is the wear pattern we source against, and it is why we ask what the car does rather than only what it is.

Ciaz Interior FAQs

Does interior fitment change across Ciaz generations?

It does. The Ciaz reached South Africa as the Ciaz from 2015, facelifted in 2019, and since withdrawn from sale here, and the 2019 facelift changed the engine as well as the face, moving from the 1.4 K14B to the 1.5 K15B — with the model now off the price list there is no dealer showroom to fall back on, which makes getting that split right the whole job — which is exactly why we pin the generation down before quoting interior.

Which Ciaz engines were sold here, and does it affect interior?

K14B 1.4 (2015–2019) and K15B 1.5 (2019 on). Interior fitment often follows the engine family rather than the nameplate, so the code on the block is worth reading before you order.

Could interior from another model fit my Ciaz?

Occasionally, yes — the K14B is shared with the first-generation Ertiga and the 2011–2017 Swift. For interior specifically we check whether the crossover actually holds before quoting, because a shared platform is a place to look rather than a guarantee.
