Terms of Use
Ten short clauses covering what we are, what a quote from us means, and where our responsibility starts and stops.
Current as at 19 August 2026
Read this bit first
We are an independent supplier of Suzuki spare parts. There is no franchise, agency or approval arrangement between us and the manufacturer, and we have never claimed one.
What that buys you is choice: on the same enquiry we can price a genuine part, a quality aftermarket equivalent, or a tested used item, and tell you which one we would put on our own car. What it does not buy you is a dealer warranty — see clause 5.
Who you are dealing with
Pro Suzuki Spares is an independent Suzuki parts sourcing service. We are not Suzuki, we are not a Suzuki dealership, and we are not appointed, endorsed or authorised by Suzuki Auto South Africa or any Suzuki entity anywhere.
The Suzuki name and model names appear on this site for one reason only: to describe which vehicles a part is intended to fit. That is ordinary descriptive use. It does not imply any relationship between us and the manufacturer.
What this site is, and is not
Everything on these pages — model listings, parts categories, service areas — exists so you can tell us what you need. It is a catalogue of what we will look for, not a live stock feed.
A part appearing on the site is not a statement that it is sitting on a shelf right now. Availability is confirmed when we answer your enquiry, and not before.
Quotes
A quote from us is an offer to supply a described part at a stated price. It is valid for the period written on it, and it lapses after that — parts pricing moves, and a stale number helps nobody.
Nothing on this website is itself a quote or a binding offer. A contract comes into existence when you accept a written quote from us and we confirm it.
We identify parts from what you give us. If the VIN, engine number, year or model supplied to us turns out to be wrong, the part matched against it may be wrong too. That is why we ask for the VIN.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in South African Rand. Your quote will state whether VAT and delivery are included — read that line before you compare it against anything else.
Payment terms are the ones set out on your quote or invoice. Where goods have to be ordered in or reserved for you, we may ask for payment up front.
Ownership of a part passes to you once it has been paid for in full.
Condition, warranty and returns
We handle new, aftermarket and used Suzuki parts. Which of the three you are being quoted is stated on the quote, because it changes both the price and what you can reasonably expect.
Used parts are second-hand components removed from vehicles. They are sold in the condition described to you at the time.
Any warranty, and any right to return an item, is whatever is written on your quote or invoice for that specific part — warranty on a spare part is not a single blanket figure, and we are not going to invent one here. Ask before you buy and you will get a straight answer in writing.
None of this reduces the rights the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 gives you. Where this page and that Act disagree, the Act wins.
Delivery
Parts are sent by third-party courier. Delivery timeframes we mention are estimates based on how those couriers normally perform, not guarantees.
Check your parcel on arrival. Transit damage or a short delivery must be reported promptly, while the courier claim is still open — leave it a fortnight and there may be nothing anyone can do.
Fitment
Parts should be fitted by a competent motor mechanic. Vehicle repair carries real risk, and braking, steering, suspension, fuel and airbag components are not areas to experiment in.
We are not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from incorrect fitment, from fitting a part to a vehicle it was not quoted for, or from continuing to drive a vehicle that is unsafe.
Limits on our liability
We take reasonable care over what is published here, but we do not warrant that every listing, description or specification on the site is complete and error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost earnings, vehicle downtime, hire-car costs and the like — arising from the site or from a part supplied.
Nothing in these terms attempts to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the site
Browse it, quote from it, send it to your mechanic — that is what it is for. What you may not do is scrape it wholesale, republish its content as your own, or use the enquiry forms to send automated, abusive or fraudulent traffic.
The text, page structure and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by South African law, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may revise this page. The version live at the moment you accept a quote is the version that applies to that transaction.
Querying any of this
If a clause above is unclear, or you want something confirmed in writing before you commit, ask us first. We would far rather answer the question than argue about it later.
